We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to foster independence and comfort
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Support clients with mobility exercises and engage them in meaningful activities to promote mental and physical health
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Follow care plans meticulously,



documenting observations and any changes in health status for team review

Experience

- Prior experience working as a Personal Support Worker or in similar caregiving roles within assisted living or nursing home environments is highly valued
- Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Familiarity with home care practices such as meal preparation, cleaning, and mobility assistance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Experience working with individuals experiencing dementia or other cognitive challenges is a plus

Pay: $17.91-$29.27 per hour
