Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd., requires Independent Contractor Teams for our Domestic Fleet. This position is running Winnipeg - Toronto - Winnipeg two times per week.

Responsibilities

Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner

Handle freight and freight documents

Perform Pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks

Professional communication with customers

Ensure 100% compliance with safety

Perform all other duties as requested

DUTIES WILL VARY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE OPERATION

Compensation: Earn up to $2.25/mile

Qualifications

Class 1A driver’s license

Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience

Must own your own truck (5 years or newer)

Ability to drive in all terrains

Experience with heaters and reefers

Professional appearance and good hygiene

Safe driving record verified by a current drivers abstract

Ability to perform all duties without restriction
