R MANN TRUCKING LTD is looking for an experienced and motivated Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate drivers and loads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch company drivers and owner-operators for daily loads.
- Communicate with brokers, shippers, receivers, and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Plan and optimize routes to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and brokers.
- Arrange appointments for pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with applicable hours-of-service regulations.
- Resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and other transportation-related issues.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and drivers.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch.
- Knowledge of the North American trucking industry, including Canadian and U.S. routes.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and dispatch software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
