Overview

As a Server, you’ll provide attentive hospitality, guide guests through menu choices, take orders, and coordinate with colleagues to support smooth, welcoming service. You’ll help create a positive dining experience through clear communication, accurate order handling, and thoughtful guest care.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer questions, share menu information, and use customer service skills to support guest needs.
- Take and enter orders using a POS system, such as Micros POS, and coordinate requests with kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages, handle payments and cash accurately, and use basic math when processing transactions.
- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices while managing time and keeping service areas orderly.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, time management, basic math, accurate POS order entry, cash handling, and safe food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests and completing transactions. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen, or food industry experience; familiarity with Micros POS, upselling, food safety, and sanitation is an advantage.

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
