Job Overview

We're looking for a couple talented individuals to join our team of experienced Construction professionals.

Our projects are typically located throughout the Kitchener - Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph areas. They range in project value from approximately $100K to $ 15 Million in Construction Cost.

Your Primary responsibility would be to supervise and manage the Safety, Quality and Schedule of each project. Coordinating our crew of staff and the full project team of Subtrades. For smaller projects, you might have a split of time working hands on with the crew while also coordinating trades.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

- Previous experience in the Commercial Construction industry
- Knowledge and familiarity of the Ontario Building Code
- The ability to communicate in a clear and positive manner with co-workers, subtrades, Architects, Engineers and clients




- A high sense of pride for quality of work and accuracy
- The ability to schedule subtrades efficiently on a construction site
- Consistent focus on maintaining a safe work place
- Accuracy in reading and interpreting a full set of construction drawings (Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical)
