Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly, including cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold high standards of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information




- Assist in opening or closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- Experience working Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
