About Us
We’re a new upscale Vietnamese restaurant opening this November on College Street, serving slow-simmered broths, fresh in-house noodles and authentic dishes. We’re looking for a dedicated cook to join our kitchen team from day one.

The Role
As a Cook, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare high-quality Vietnamese dishes during prep and service. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who loves Vietnamese cooking, takes pride in quality and presentation, and wants to be part of something new.

Responsibilities

- Assist with making fresh noodles in-house daily
- Prepare authentic broths and other Vietnamese dishes to a consistent, high standard
- Follow established recipes, portion and plating standards to ensure every dish is consistent and beautifully presented
- Complete daily prep lists and keep your station stocked and ready for service
- Work your station efficiently during busy service periods
- Receive and properly store deliveries and ingredients
- Follow the Head Chef’s direction and work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff




- Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen that meets all food safety and health standards

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of kitchen experience as a cook or line cook, ideally with Vietnamese or Southeast Asian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Vietnamese broths and cooking techniques
- Experience making fresh noodles by hand is a strong asset
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required)
- A keen eye for detail and presentation
- Valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Reliable, organized and calm under pressure
- Available full-time, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens is an asset
