Required immediately for a well-established, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in Aurora Ontario.

At Enhanced Care, we promote quality care by focusing on one to one quality treatment time for each patient. Enhanced care is the definition of interdisciplinary care where our centre consists of family and walk-in physicians, medical specialists- neurologist, orthopedic surgeon, ENT, Internist among others. Our allied health professionals that include: pharmacists, audiologists, nurses, lab technicians, occupational therapists, optometrist, physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists help to support these patients. Our work atmosphere is patient centered where collaboration with in-house physicians are crucial to patient care and physiotherapists are encouraged to better their skills through education and in-house mentoring for professional growth.

Enhanced Care is currently hiring part-time or full-time registered Physiotherapists for an established case load. New graduates, residents and those awaiting registration are encouraged to apply. Competitive based commission. Expected hours: minimum 16 hours, room for growth. This position is for an existing vacancy.

Mentorship and in-house education for: concussion management (vestibular and vision therapy), soft tissue therapy (Active Release, Graston, FAKTR, Cupping),



Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Dynamic Neurological Stabilization (DNS) exercise and ELDOA myofascial stretching offered to the therapist. Benefits through Enhanced Care Policy.

Requirements:

- Must be a Registered Physiotherapist or Resident in valuable standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Must carry professional liability insurance coverage
- Eager to enhance Physiotherapy skills with other Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Chiropractors presently employed at the clinic
- Interested in the promotion of an over-all, good health regimen for all clients
- Interested in the treatment of concussion, sports-related and orthopedic injuries for all ages from pediatric to geriatric
- Willing to learn, self promote and manage caseloads related to MVA,WSIB and concussion management
- Supervision available
