We are looking for a an experienced Medical Office Assistant to help at our Physiotherapy clinic on a short term term assignment.

The position is available starting on or after November 16.

Position will run for 1+ months.

We need someone to work between 1-5 shifts per week. Morning shifts run from 7am - 2pm, and afternoon/evening shifts start between 2pm - 4pm and end at 8pm. We have some flexibility to accommodate your availability.

There is free parking or we are a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk from Coquitlam Central Skytrain Station.

Our ideal candidate: We require previous experience working in a Physiotherapy or other allied health clinic. Experience using Jane App software is also required. A friendly demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff is key.

We are a collaborative team and looking for someone to help engage our clients and provide them with a welcoming experience as well as manage important administrative tasks.





The Role:The role includes reception duties such as answering calls, booking appointments, billing clients & insurance companies. The MOA also provides support to the physiotherapists throughout the shift. We also need support in helping ensure that physio supplies are maintained and that the reception looks tidy and welcoming.

Required skills are:

- Experience working in a Physiotherapy or other allied health clinic

- Proficient with JaneApp

- Computer skills (Email and use of tools like MS Office or GSuite)

- Proficient in English (Both written and spoken)

- Attention to Detail & Organised

- Ability to work with a team and follow instructions

Remuneration is hourly and is based upon relevant working experience.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 35.0 per week
