Overview

The Pizza Cook prepares and cooks pizzas and related meals in a restaurant kitchen, supporting smooth food service from preparation through serving. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with food, following secure practices, and helping deliver a consistent dining experience.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients, assemble pizzas, and complete meal preparation according to established recipes and service needs.
- Cook pizzas to the requested specifications, monitor quality, and coordinate timing with kitchen colleagues.
- Handle food safely, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow food safety procedures.
- Support serving and other food service tasks as needed, communicating clearly with the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

Required:



Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, food handling, and food safety capabilities, with care for cleanliness, quality, and teamwork. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, along with serving skills and the ability to contribute reliably in a fast-paced kitchen. Pay: $15.35-$25.92 per hour
