Overview

The Skilled Labourer supports day-to-day site work by completing practical tasks safely, carefully, and in coordination with the wider team. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in reliable work, follows instructions, and helps keep operations moving smoothly. Being prepared to learn multiple aspects of construction which includes Carpentry, Finishing, Drywall, Painting, Siding and roofing

Responsibilities

- Assist with general labouring tasks and prepare work areas, materials, and equipment for daily activities.
- Move, organize, and handle materials carefully, keeping workspaces orderly and accessible.
- Follow instructions and established safety practices, and promptly raise hazards or issues with the appropriate colleague.
- Work cooperatively with team members, adapt to changing priorities, and complete assigned tasks with care.

Experience

Required: Practical capability to follow directions, handle physical tasks responsibly, maintain an orderly work area, and communicate clearly with colleagues. Careful attention to safety and reliable teamwork support consistent completion of daily duties. Preferred: Previous labouring or other hands-on work experience, familiarity with common tools and materials, and the ability to adjust to wide-ranging tasks are advantageous. A positive, dependable approach and willingness to learn help you contribute effectively as work priorities change.

Pay: $22.50-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
