About Us

Lifeline Physio and Rehab is seeking a dedicated, friendly and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our healthcare team.

Our clinic is located within a doctor's office, offering a skilled and clean clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who would like flexible working hours, professional collaboration and the potential to establish and grow a patient caseload.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive massage therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments for pain management, muscle tension, stress and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Maintain appropriate patient records and treatment notes.
- Educate patients on self-care,



stretching and injury prevention.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area.
- Follow infection prevention, patient confidentiality and skilled practice standards.
- Communicate professionally with other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized Ontario massage therapy education program.
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Must hold appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Strong hands-on clinical skills and patient assessment abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable and patient-focused approach.
- New graduates with active CMTO registration are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Flexible working hours. We are open to discussing part-time days, evenings and/or weekends depending on your availability.
