Position Title: OCD Therapist Position Type: Full-time or Part-time Location: Toronto, Ontario

Position Description:

· Provide individual therapy using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, anxiety disorders, and phobias

· Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes

· Collaborate with families and provide psychoeducation about OCD and treatment approaches

· Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals as needed

· Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation

· Participate in consultation meetings and receive ongoing clinical supervision and support

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related mental health field

· Registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) (NO QUALIFYING MEMBERS SHOULD APPLY) or College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts

· Will consider Qualifying Members with strong personal or professional background in OCD, anxiety disorders, or related populations

· Demonstrated knowledge of OCD,



anxiety disorders, and exposure-based interventions

· Formal training in ERP or strong commitment to specializing in exposure-based treatments

· Dedication to evidence-based, client-centered care and team-oriented team approach

Compensation: Competitive fee-split arrangement based on experience and licensure level:
