Operations Manager – Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations, including commercial landscaping and snow removal

- Manage P&L;, budgets, operating costs, and profitability

- Lead, coach, and motivate field teams and supervisors

- Plan seasonal operations, staffing, scheduling, and equipment allocation





- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and service quality

- Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Operations Manager – Qualifications

- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management within landscaping, snow removal, property services, or a similar industry

- Strong P&L; management experience, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability

- Proven experience managing field operations and blue-collar teams

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability

- Organized, disciplined, hands-on, and results-driven

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

- Bilingual in English and French

- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between job sites
