Duties
- Make 100+ calls per day to follow up with leads
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and SMS
- Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand product features and perks clearly
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
- A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this role
Pay: $33,581.45-$128,072.41 per year
