Or client, a large property management company near union Station is recruiting for both a Senior and an Intermediate Property Accountant. The jobs are hybrid in the office approximately 50% of the time.

Senior Property Accountant ( to 98k + bonus) Must have mandatory minimum three years commercial property management accounting experience including full cycle property accounting , CAM, and financial statement preparation. preferably with large offices or large shopping centres. Must have Yardi and excellent excel skills. Enrolment or completion of CPA required. There are promotional possibilities. Only those suitable will receive a response.

Intermediate Property Accountant

The candidate must have mixed use residential/commercial or at least commercial accounting experience, be enrolled in the CPA and have Yardi experience. Salary 75K- 85k + bonus and the above benefits.

Responsibilities:

- manage full accounting for a portfolio
- financial statements
- account reconciliation
- cash flow
- support tenant accounting

Pay: $75,000.00-$98,000.00 per year
