We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Residential Snow Removal Labourer to join our winter operations team — with strong potential to transition into full-time landscape maintenance work in the spring .

Winter Position (Part-Time - On Call)

Responsibilities :

- Clearing residential driveways and walkways
- Shoveling, snow blowing, and salting
- Working safely and efficiently during snow events
- Maintaining a high standard of service for clients

Requirements :

- Must be dependable and available during snow events (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in winter conditions
- Valid G license a must and ability to get to work location reliably
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic

Spring Opportunity (Full-Time Landscape Maintenance)
