Job Summary

Duties

- Assist with cattle checking, feeding and pen repairs.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment
- Use hand tools for various tasks such as pruning, digging, and repairing infrastructure
- Conduct heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested crops as needed
- Support general farm upkeep including cleaning work areas and organizing supplies
- Follow safety protocols during operation of heavy equipment and handling of materials
- assist with building a current building

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools,



and basic maintenance procedures
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of farm operations including crop cycles, soil health, and pest management is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team

Pay: From $16.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
