About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, identifying potential candidates, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and helping connect qualified professionals with suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Source potential candidates through job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment reports.




- Follow up with candidates and provide updates on application progress.

Pay: $70,600.00-$100,600.00 per year
