What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As an Accounting Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Record various transactions in the accounting system;
- Prepare month-end accounting entries and contribute to the preparation of financial statements;
- Perform various tasks related to cash processing;
- Issue cheques;
- Respond to requests and support various departments across the organization;
- Reconcile certain general ledger accounts;
- Assist in preparing information for internal and external auditors;
- Perform any other related duties required to support the smooth operation of the department.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a college diploma (DEC)



in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting;
- Has 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience;
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail;
- Stands out for their ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines;
- Is recognized for their teamwork and communication skills;
- Demonstrates autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Has any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant;
- Has a beginner level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to respond to English-speaking internal teams and suppliers on a regular basis.
