- Collect and record session data to monitor progress and inform clinical decision-making.
- Communicate with the supervising RBA about client progress, observations and any concerns.

- Maintain accurate session documentation and uphold applicable professional, ethical and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant education or training in psychology, behavioural science, child development,
education, autism and behavioural science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a clinical, educational, developmental or caregiving setting is strongly preferred.
- Previous ABA experience is an asset but not required; training and ongoing clinical guidance will be provided.
- Strong communication, observation, organization and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the supervising Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and caregivers.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients’ homes within an agreed service area.
Location
The role involves primarily in-home services in Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Southampton, Kincardine, Walkerton, Meaford and surrounding communities.
Scheduling and service locations will depend on client needs, your availability and the agreed service area. Candidates should indicate the locations they can reasonably travel to for in-home sessions.
