We are seeking an organized and proactive Scrum Master to support a high-performing project team with day-to-day Agile delivery activities. This role will be a one year contract, responsible for coordinating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining Jira and Confluence, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring teams remain aligned on sprint goals and commitments.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Agile environments, is highly organized, and can effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and maintain Jira boards, sprint backlogs, user stories, and delivery tracking
- Ensure project documentation and team knowledge repositories remain current within Confluence
- Prepare and distribute sprint reports, project status updates, delivery metrics, and risk summaries
- Track action items, dependencies, blockers, and project risks while following up with accountable stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, business systems analysts, project managers, and delivery leads to support sprint execution
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of Jira tickets, sprint commitments, and workflow status updates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and encourage Agile best practices across the team
- Provide visibility into project progress and communicate delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications





- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar Agile delivery role
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and iterative software delivery practices
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence in a project delivery environment
- Experience creating Jira dashboards, reporting metrics, and sprint status updates
- Robust organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience tracking actions, managing dependencies, and following through on delivery commitments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I, or equivalent
- Experience working on software development, technology, digital transformation, or application delivery projects
- Experience supporting distributed, remote, or onshore/offshore teams
- Familiarity with project delivery metrics, sprint reporting, and team performance tracking
- Experience working within enterprise Agile environments
