Green Drop is bringing Customer Experience, Sales and Logistics together into one connected Command Center. We are looking for a hands-on leader to build the team, improve the system and create a stronger experience for our internal & external customers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Lead Customer Experience, Sales and Logistics as one connected operation.

- Set daily priorities using customer demand, lead activity, staffing, backlog and service capacity.

- Develop functional specialists and build a culture of ownership, accountability and follow-through.

- Improve workflows, eliminate unnecessary handoffs and ensure clean transitions from sale to service.

- Build cross-training so certified resources can shift where the business needs them most.

- Use KPIs to identify risks, remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Faster customer and lead response times.

- Stronger first-contact resolution, conversion and customer satisfaction.

- Better scheduling turnaround, route quality and capacity utilization.

- Clear ownership of escalations, backlog and service readiness.

- A adaptable, cross-trained team ready for Green Drop’s seasonal demands.

- Consistent performance visibility across Customer, Growth,



Delivery and People.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3+ years leading teams, supervisors or functional leaders.

- Experience in customer service, contact centre, sales operations, dispatch, logistics or field-service operations.

- A confident decision-maker who can balance customer experience, revenue, staffing and operational realities.

- A practical coach who uses KPIs, addresses performance directly and can bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.

- Experience in a seasonal, route-based, home-service or fast-moving service business is a strong asset.
