We are currently seeking a talented Handyman to join our growing team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong initiative to take on a wide variety of tasks. Duties and Responsibilities

- Hands-on professional responsible for altering, customizing and maintaining the interior of commercial, industrial and/or residential spaces.
- Able to handle a diverse blend of construction, light demolition, drywall repairs & painting, tile replacement, caulking, flooring and baseboard installation
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work
- Assist Senior Management with overall project performance
- Communicate project details and work cohesively with teams of subcontractors, tenants, consultants and other project stakeholders, and participate actively in meetings as required
- Review project documentation, drawings and specifications in detail





Qualifications and Knowledge

- Construction management, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret contact specifications, drawings and other construction documents
- At least two years of experience working in the Vancouver construction market for a General Contractor preferred
- Have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
