Job Title: Sheet Metal Journeyperson / HVAC Crew Lead

We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Journeypersons and experienced Crew Leads to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, assemble, and install high-quality sheet metal duct systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Install central HVAC units, heat pumps, rooftops, and related system components.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Crew Lead Specific Responsibilities

- Lead on-site installation crews, assign daily tasks, and manage project timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless execution.
- Order materials, track inventory, and maintain quality control throughout the construction phase.
- Mentor apprentices and enforce safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Valid Journeyperson Sheet Metal certification or equivalent documented hours.
- Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites required for Crew Lead applicants.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
- Excellent craftsmanship with sharp attention to detail and structural accuracy.
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant safety certifications (such as OSHA or fall protection) are highly valued.
