Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy team member to perform patient centred assessments and interventions with support from senior colleagues, while respecting patient choice and dignity. You will follow rehabilitative pathways, help set goals and treatment plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely in line with trust policy.

The role requires effective liaison with the MDT, patients, carers and external agencies, plus participation in meetings,
