Lead clinical trials pharmacy services in Peterborough with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, using pharmaceutical expertise and Good Clinical Practice knowledge.

This Advanced Pharmacist role oversees all clinical trials and leads pharmacy research and development. You will advise the Trust Research and Development Committee, maintain compliant services, and support safe, accurate, legal, and effective investigational medicinal product use. The post requires clinical trials experience or familiarity, excellent communication, and strong organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all pharmacy clinical trials across the Trust
- Provide pharmaceutical expertise to the Research and Development Committee
- Ensure services comply with Good Clinical Practice and legislation




- Oversee production-based clinical trials operationally
- Prepare clinical trial services for MHRA inspection

Requirements:

- Experienced pharmacist with clinical trials experience or familiarity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise personal and team workloads
- Enthusiasm for delivering a first class service
- Qualified responsibility for comprehensive clinical trial pharmacy services
