Overview
An Official Rolex Retailer and Service Centre, and a 40-year company. Largest Canadian Diamond jewellery manufacturer and retailer, with 5 locations across 2 provinces. Lugaro also is the Authorized Dealer 15 different Swiss Watch brands.
We are looking for an experienced watch maker to join our newly established Rolex Service Centre located in Victoria, BC.
Please be sure to specify experience with Rolex and other Swiss brands.
We will not be responding to applicants who do not have experience with Rolex and other Swiss brands of watches.
Duties
- Fabricate or fit parts to Rolex, Swatch and other Swiss designed watches and clocks.
- Examine clocks and watches, disassemble and check for defective, dirty and misaligned parts or rust.
- Replace or repair worn or broken parts.
- Test, adjust and regulate timepiece movements.
- Clean all parts using special cleaning and rinsing solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning machines to remove dirt and dried lubricants.
- Supervise other watch repairers.
Qualifications
- Must have certification of Rolex Service Level 50+, certified by Rolex
- Must have excellent polishing skills and adhere/exceed all Rolex Standards set out in MRWS.
- Graduated from an internationally recognized Watchmaking School.
- 5+ years experience as a watch maker knowledgeable in Swiss brand watches
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen eyesight
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to relocate
- Excellent communication skills (Speak/Write fluent English)

Pay: $48.00-$55.00 per hour
