Requirements:
- Previous barista and/or serving experience required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers
- Present and serve our pastries and products
- Maintain a clean,
organized, and welcoming service area
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments
- Follow company standards for service, hygiene, and presentation
- Work closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience
