Lead the crew. Own the quality. Shape the standard.
At Axium Power Services, we believe the best field leaders come from the trenches - people who’ve done the work and know what excellence looks like. As a Field Supervisor, you’ll manage crews, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and ensure we’re delivering services that are safe, precise, and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Oversee day-to-day activities on active field projects - ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and spec
- Mentor junior reps, EETs, EITs, and apprentices in both technical skills and professional conduct
- Act as the lead contact on-site, working closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in resource planning, reporting, and documentation while ensuring test equipment and tooling are ready to go

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of field experience in industrial or utility electrical services
- Journeyperson, EIT, CET, or P. Eng designation preferred

- Strong leadership instincts and proven communication skills

Why Axium?
We’re not building just another service company - we’re raising the bar. You’ll help define how work gets done, how young leaders are developed, and how trust is earned with clients. This is where the next generation of technical field leadership takes shape.
