Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests professionally.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash or debit/credit transactions.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
