Provincial Industrial Roofing is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production roofing crews. We are hiring across all classifications, including Foremen, Journeymen Roofers, Roofing Assistants, Apprentices, Pre-Apprentices, and Material Handlers.

We specialize in industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) flat roofing throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, prioritize safety, and are interested in building a long-term career in the roofing industry.

Experienced roofers should have knowledge of some or all of the following roofing systems:

- Hot-Applied Asphalt Systems – including hot asphalt mopping and built-up roofing
- Modified Bitumen Systems – torch-applied, hot-applied, and cold-applied applications
- TPO Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered
- EPDM Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered
- PVC Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered

Experience with commercial flat roofing installation, repairs, tear-offs, insulation, and related roofing materials is considered an asset.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous industrial or commercial flat roofing experience preferred, depending on classification
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a production crew
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing roofing-related duties, including lifting materials and working at heights
- Ability to follow instructions, company procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations
- Valid Working at Heights (WAH),



WHMIS, and Worker Health and Safety Awareness training preferred

Compensation

Hourly wages are determined by classification under the Local 30 Collective Agreement, effective May 1, 2026.

Current basic hourly wages range from $24.76 to $63.38, including the applicable foreman premium at the upper end.

Additional vacation pay, pension contributions, and benefits are provided in accordance with the collective agreement.
