The Frank Burgio Team is growing. Frank is one of RARE Real Estate's top-producing team leads. We're looking for agents who want more deals, better systems and a team that actually has their back.

- An AI phone receptionist that answers and books calls 24/7, so you never miss a lead
- A full Resource Hub with scripts, checklists and team processes
- A structured onboarding plan and a personal business target plan
- Coaching from a top-producing team lead
- RARE's platform: market intelligence, compliance support and proprietary technology
Who you are
- Driven, coachable and accountable to your numbers
- Comfortable working with buyers and sellers across Barrie and Simcoe County
- A strong communicator who follows up rapid
- Someone who wants a team culture, not a solo grind
