THE POSITION:

We’re looking for an experienced Pastry Baker to join our Pastry Team at our Production Bakery in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver.

This is a full-time morning position, starting at 5:00 am., weekends required.

You’ll work as part of our Pastry Team producing high-quality artisan pastries from scratch, including croissants, scones, cookies, tarts, and seasonal products. This is a hands-on production role that includes mixing, laminating, assembling, and baking using commercial rack ovens. The position may also include artisan bread baking using hearth deck ovens.

THE RIGHT FIT:

- You have some experience working in pastry or bakery production, or have completed a professional baking or pastry program.
- You have a passion for baking and take pride in producing high-quality products.
- You’re comfortable with hands-on pastry production, including mixing, assembling, and baking.
- You’re eager to learn, build your skills, and grow your experience as a baker.
- You have good communication skills and work well as part of a team.
- You’re comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced production bakery.
- You’re physically able to stand and perform baking tasks for extended periods.




- You can safely lift up to 20 kg.
- You’re comfortable working in varying temperatures, including around hot ovens and in freezer temperatures.
