About the Role

AroundHI Solutions is looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to support NetSuite and cloud-based implementation projects.

This role is ideal for someone early in their consulting career who wants to build deeper experience across ERP implementation, requirements gathering, business process analysis, NetSuite, integrations, and client consulting.

Responsibilities

- Support senior consultants and client project teams
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Map client business requirements to NetSuite functionality
- Assist with NetSuite buildout, validation, demos, testing, and user training
- Participate throughout the project lifecycle from discovery through implementation
- Engage with senior executives and functional leaders
- Develop strong knowledge of NetSuite and its capabilities
- Support enterprise architecture initiatives
- Participate in system integration design, build, and testing
- Assist with ongoing integration support and maintenance

Requirements





- 1–2 years of qualified services, functional consulting, or technical consulting experience
- Experience within ERP, CRM, eCommerce, SaaS, IT, or software environments
- Experience supporting software or business-system implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into solution options
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
