About the Role

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Ice Cream Cake Decorator & Cake Maker to join our Baskin-Robbins team.

In this role, you will prepare and decorate ice cream cakes, serve customers, scoop ice cream, make popcorns and assist with daily store operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, enjoys helping customers, and can multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and assemble ice cream cakes according to Baskin-Robbins recipes and standards.

* Decorate cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.

* Write customer names and personalized messages neatly and accurately.

* Follow cake designs and customer requests while maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

* Complete cake orders accurately and on time.

* Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and assist customers with cake and ice cream selections.

* Take orders and process payments accurately.

* Scoop and serve ice cream according to portion and presentation standards.

* Lift, carry, and move ice cream tubs safely when stocking freezers and replenishing the serving area.

* Multitask between cake preparation, decorating, customer service, scooping, and cleaning.

* Keep workstations, equipment, display areas, and the store clean and organized.

* Follow food safety, hygiene,



and freezer storage procedures.

* Monitor cake supplies and ice cream inventory, and notify management when stock is low.

* Assist with other daily store duties as needed.

Qualifications

* Previous cake decorating, bakery, or related food-service experience is an asset.

* Experience with ice cream cakes is preferred but not required; training may be provided to the right candidate.

* Creativity, strong attention to detail, and neat cake-writing skills.

* Friendly communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

* Ability to follow recipes, designs, and store procedures.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to perform physical duties, including standing for extended periods, scooping ice cream, and lifting ice cream tubs, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
