Job Summary

The General Manager leads day-to-day store operations, supports sales growth, and coordinates people, inventory, and budgets. This role brings together customer service, team leadership, and sound administrative practices to keep the store organized and responsive.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and develop the team through recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling, and clear communication.
- Oversee retail sales, customer service, cashiering, POS operations, and cash handling; address customer needs professionally.
- Manage merchandising, purchasing, pricing, and inventory to support effective store operations and sales.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks; use sales information to guide decisions.

Skills

Required: Practical leadership, team management,



communication, organization, time management, and basic math skills support daily supervision, customer service, and accurate operational oversight. Preferred: Retail or store management and sales management experience, including recruiting, negotiation, budgeting, merchandising, purchasing, POS, payroll, cashiering, and cash handling; bilingual or multilingual communication is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
