Job Summary

As a Server, provide attentive hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting a clean, organized dining experience. Coordinate with colleagues to help guests receive accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and enter them accurately using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages, check on guest needs, and communicate requests or concerns to the team.
- Process payments, handle cash, and use basic math to verify transactions.
- Support food handling, preparation, sanitation, and food safety practices in service and kitchen areas.

Skills

Required: Clear communication, customer service, time management, basic math, and careful food handling support accurate orders, smooth service, and secure, clean work areas. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, hospitality, or guest services experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, upselling, food preparation, kitchen work, sanitation, and food safety is helpful.
