Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met throughout every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial builds, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using wood, concrete forms, drywall, siding, and related materials.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks to create durable foundations and structures.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with attention to detail for a polished appearance.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures by replacing damaged materials or updating features as needed.
- Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components securely.




- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury or damage.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly throughout each project.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics for precise execution of tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes including concrete forming, drywall installation, siding application, and woodworking.
- Experience operating hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, as well as power tools like drills and saws.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely for tasks involving lifting or moving large materials.
- Skilled in concrete finishing techniques to achieve smooth surfaces on foundations or slabs.
- Familiarity with welding procedures for metal component assembly when required.
- Excellent physical strength for heavy lifting tasks combined with good stamina for long workdays in various environments.
