Overview

The Restoration Project Manager coordinates restoration projects from planning through completion, aligning schedules, resources, estimates, and field activities. This role uses project management and construction management software to keep work organized, monitor progress, and support clear communication among project teams and stakeholders.

Duties

- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project scope, identify work requirements, and support planning.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, track schedules and project progress, and coordinate resources to keep work moving.
- Use project documentation and construction management software to organize updates, monitor milestones, and communicate changes.
- Able to lead a crew.

Skills

Required: Project management, time management, blueprint reading, and the ability to interpret schematics and support construction estimating are practical capabilities for coordinating project work. Construction experience, construction management software familiarity. Must have at least 4 years experience in a Restoration Project Manager Role.
