About Canada Masq

We are on a mission to protect all Canadians. Canada Masq manufacturers disposable medical supplies right here in Ontario, and we have the capacity to supply the whole country. What we're missing is the people who will open the doors.

We are looking for a hunter who believes in that mission. You're hungry, driven, and ready to prove yourself. You get up every day wanting to open new doors, and you know that every distributor, wholesaler, pharmacy, corporate, and OEM account you win puts Canadian-made disposable medical supplies in the hands of the people who rely on them.

There is no territory waiting for you. You will build it. You'll help us open new channels, learn fast, and grow with a company that is building a more resilient Canadian supply chain for medical supplies.

If you are eager to make an impact and want to build something you will be proud of, we want to meet you.

About the Role

This is a hunter role. You will open net-new distributor, wholesaler, retail and pharmacy, corporate, and OEM accounts across Canada by prospecting by phone and email, working trade shows, and following up on referrals and marketing leads. You will own every opportunity from first contact through close, with the support of the sales manager on larger deals. You will help introduce a growing portfolio into channels where the company is just beginning to build its presence.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. You will need to be in our Richmond Hill office one day a week for sales meetings, and travel to prospect meetings, account visits, and trade shows across Canada as required.

What You'll Do

- Prospect daily by phone and email into distributors, wholesalers, retail and pharmacy accounts, corporate buyers, and OEMs across Canada, including channels serving long-term care
- Build and maintain a target account and contact list and your own prospecting plan; research accounts to identify the right buyer before reaching out
- Use AI and lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn) to find prospects and improve outreach
- Run consistent outbound activity (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) against a weekly call and contact target
- Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads within the agreed response time, and work them to a qualified opportunity or a clear disqualification
- Qualify opportunities: confirm need, volume, decision process, timing, and budget before investing deal time
- Work opportunities through the full cycle: discovery, sample or demo, quote within pricing guardrails, negotiate, close, and follow through to payment
- Attend trade shows and industry events; work the floor for leads, and follow up on every contact within the agreed window afterward
- Travel to prospect meetings and account visits across Canada as required

- Carry product and specification fluency into every conversation across the full portfolio, and get up to speed quickly on new lines as they launch
- Grow distribution of the full product portfolio through retail and pharmacy channels
- Log all activity, contacts, and opportunity stages in the CRM or tracking spreadsheet and keep pipeline data current
- Own new-account and new-revenue targets; self-source through outbound, trade shows, referrals, and personal network
- Own current accounts after the first order and grow the relationship until they transition to Account Management

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience with a record of closing new business (B2C sales backgrounds also considered); a strong track record of results matters more than years or industry

- Comfortable with sample- and spec-based selling of a manufactured product

- CRM discipline and outbound rigor
- Experience in PPE, medical devices, or healthcare supply preferred

Competencies for Success

- Drive for results and achievement orientation
- Resilience and persistence
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Influencing and closing
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Accountability and ownership
- Hunter mentality
- Adaptability
- Learning agility
- Resourcefulness

Compensation

$60,000 base salary plus commission and performance bonus. On-target earnings of $80,000 to $95,000.
