We're looking for a warm and helpful Sales Assistant to support our family run business during holiday season. No florist experience required — just a great attitude and a genuine love of customer service.
Must be able to work 2-3 days, and have some weekend availability. Perfect for enjoying the Sea-to-Sky lifestyle!
- Welcome customers and help them choose plants, flowers and gifts.
- Take phone and in-person floral orders, and pass delivery details to the team.
- Give plant advice to customers and care for our large family of house plants in-store.
- Ring up sales on our POS and handle cash & card payments accurately.
- Restock shelves and coolers, tidy displays,
and help with seasonal setups.
What we're looking for
- A friendly, upbeat personality and a real eye for presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and busy holiday periods
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Nice to have
- An interest in flowers, design, or home décor
