Becklar, LLC is seeking a customer service professional to join our monitoring team in a shift-based role. You will process video alarms, provide detailed tickets, and adapt to new software tools while supporting people and property.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, robust attention to detail, and solid English communication. Shifts include nights (2pm–10pm or 10pm–6am) with flexible start/end times. This is a no-sales environment with growth opportunities.
