Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed, client-focused Medical Esthetician to provide professional skincare services in a welcoming clinical setting. The ideal candidate combines strong sanitation practices and skincare knowledge with excellent customer service and hospitality. This role may also support front desk operations, guest services, and retail product education.

Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their skincare goals, review relevant history, and recommend appropriate services within the scope of licensure.
- Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, skin-care procedures, and other services permitted by applicable licensing and clinical protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and follow sanitation, infection-control, and equipment-care procedures.
- Provide attentive guest services, communicate treatment steps clearly, and help clients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
- Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and assisting with general service inquiries.
- Educate clients about skincare products through clear explanations and product demos; support retail sales and appropriate upselling based on client needs.
- Keep accurate service notes and follow workplace procedures for client privacy and safety.




- When qualified and requested, assist with related services such as body waxing, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, or eyelash extensions.
- EXPERIENCE USING XERF AND DERMAMELAN DIPIGMENTATION PEEL ARE AN ASSET

Skills

- Current esthetician license required; medical-esthetics experience and familiarity with clinical skincare protocols are preferred.
- Strong customer service, guest services, and hospitality skills, with a professional and welcoming manner.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain services and product recommendations in an approachable way.
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection prevention, and secure treatment-room practices.
- Comfort with front desk responsibilities, retail sales, product demos, sales, and needs-based upselling.
- Experience with body waxing, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, or eyelash extensions is a plus, subject to applicable licensing and training.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to client safety, privacy, and a positive service experience.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 28.0 per week
