Parlour is looking for a confident, charismatic, and hospitality-driven Host / Hostess to join our front-of-house team.

By day, you’ll be the welcoming face of the restaurant. As the night goes on, the energy shifts — weekends at Parlour bring a lively late-night atmosphere, bottle service, celebrations, and a crowd looking to have a great night. We’re looking for someone who can match that energy while keeping the guest experience polished, organized, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do

Be the first and last impression for our guests, delivering warm and genuine hospitality

Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and guest flow throughout the evening

Welcome and interact with guests in a confident, upbeat, and professional manner

Help create an exciting atmosphere during our late-night weekend service

Support our bottle service and VIP experience, ensuring guests feel looked after from arrival through the night

Coordinate with servers, bartenders, managers, security, and the rest of the front-of-house team

Answer phones and manage guest inquiries with professionalism

Assist with special occasions, celebrations, VIP guests, and large groups

Maintain an organized and polished host stand and entrance throughout service

Handle guest requests and concerns with discretion and a solutions-focused attitude

Jump in wherever needed to help the team deliver a seamless service

What We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant, nightlife, hosting, or guest-service experience is an asset

Naturally outgoing, personable,



and comfortable talking to all types of guests

Confident in a high-energy, late-night environment

Professional, polished, and able to maintain composure during busy service

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Comfortable interacting with VIPs and high-volume weekend crowds

A genuine interest in hospitality, nightlife, and creating memorable guest experiences

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays
