Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location : Mississauga, ON (Winston Churchill & Hwy 401 area) Work Model : Fully in office Pay Rate : $25.00/hour Contract : 1-year contract
Schedule Requirements
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Manage credit and debit transactions
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Document all customer interactions in Salesforce
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Support additional projects and tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) - required
