Position: Retail Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
- Accurately process transactions using our point of sale (POS) system
- Confidently explain product features and benefits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Meet sales targets by recommending products that suit customer needs
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer questions or concerns in a professional and solution-focused manner

What You Bring





- Previous retail, customer service, administrative, or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and a positive, professional attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
