This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales and customer service.

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will meet directly with customers to discuss Internet, TV, and Home Phone options. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain the confidence and product knowledge needed to guide customers through their service upgrades in a clear, supportive, and skilled way. Your role as a Customer Service and Sales Representative is to simplify the process, answer questions, and help households choose solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative

- Conduct in-home consultations in Richmond to introduce Rogers Internet, TV, and Home Phone services
- Learn to assess household needs and recommend bundled service options
- Explain product features, pricing,



and promotions in an easy-to-understand way
- Accurately complete customer agreements and assist with service activations
- Support follow-ups, referrals, and team sales initiatives to help grow the territory
- Attend weekly Customer Service and Sales Representative training sessions to strengthen your Rogers product knowledge

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service and Sales Representative

- High school diploma preferred
- No prior sales experience required — full training provided
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in building long-term relationships with customers
