- Western Equipment is an almost 80 year-solid, BC-based & owned company supporting the industries that build our province. Our Campbell River location is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support customers at the counter and over the phone at our busy location.

- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on industrial products, problem-solving, and building long-term customer relationships.

- - What You’ll Do :

- Provide product recommendations, quotes, and order support

- Process cash and account sales using our ERP system

- Support order pickups, stock replenishment, and showroom organization





- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell appropriate products

- Work closely with purchasing and branch management on pricing and lead times

- - What You Bring :

- Previous inside or counter sales experience would be an asset (industrial, safety products, rigging, tire chains, tools & fasteners are our business)

- Customer-focused with strong organization and attention to detail

- Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP systems

- A willingness to learn — full product and systems training provided
