Client Services Representative (Bilingual) Location : Montreal (Westmount area) Pay Rate : $22.00/hour Employment Type : Temp-to-perm

Hours of Work

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Availability for diverse shifts, including evenings and occasional overtime, is required.

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Fully bilingual in French and English

6-18 months of combined customer service and administrative experience

Experience in banking, financial services, or teller roles

Primary Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external clients across multiple channels

Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service

Process and follow up on client requests, including title insurance orders

Respond to inquiries and ensure timely resolution of client concerns

De-escalate and resolve difficult client situations professionally

Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

Proven customer service experience in a professional environment

Strong phone handling and active listening skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
